Shipping within Australia

Shipping is within Australia only. Available delivery methods and charges are shown before payment. Dispatch timing will be agreed before the shop opens.

Local pickup

Collection in Greenvale by arrangement. Contact hello@guitarso.com with your order number to arrange a time. The collection address is shared privately after arrangements are agreed.

Returns & refunds

Contact hello@guitarso.com with your order number if there is a problem. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or restricted. Any additional change-of-mind policy will be confirmed before purchases open.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us if an item is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description. Read about consumer guarantees at the ACCC.

Product condition

Check each listing and its photographs. New/sealed means the packaging is unopened; new/open box means it has been opened. Used/excellent and used/good describe used stock, with relevant wear noted in the listing. We do not assume a manufacturer warranty is transferable or still current. Any confirmed warranty information will be included with the product.

Payment & order information

Prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Stripe processes payments securely; Guitarso does not store card numbers. An order is confirmed after payment is verified. Your cart does not reserve stock.

Privacy & support

We use your name, email and delivery details to process and fulfil your order. Stripe processes payment; Postmark sends order updates. Order records are kept for administration and applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not publish your details or automatically add you to a marketing list. See our privacy information.
